Yoga
Instruction
Julie teaches an integrated blend of popular hatha yoga styles focusing
on dynamic movement linked with breath in a meditative flow. Her yoga
is an inspiration of creativity and joy, with emphasis on the development
of tools to build awareness for physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
All classes include personal attention to alignment, structured breathing
exercises and guided deep relaxation. Warmth and compassion are at the
core of her teaching, and she welcomes all levels and abilities.

Julie can help design a yoga program that is just right for you. Whether you're new to yoga, are working with an injury, or want to develop home practice, Julie's private one-on-one sessions target your specific needs.
Yoga
at studios, gyms and schools
Julie currently teaches at Club Züm in Belltown. She also enjoys
teaching at Samadhi, Santosha, Maya, Vitality, Seattle University,
Cornish and St. James with kids, moms-to-be, college students, and
refugees.
Yoga at workshops and retreats
Julie has taught at and is available for wellness workshops, weight
management programs, and other stress-related circumstances such as
caregiving, loss and grief. Current and past wellness clients include
Preston Gates, Getty Images and Attachmate; weight management clients
include the Washington Athletic Club.
