Yoga Instruction

Julie teaches an integrated blend of popular hatha yoga styles focusing on dynamic movement linked with breath in a meditative flow. Her yoga is an inspiration of creativity and joy, with emphasis on the development of tools to build awareness for physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

All classes include personal attention to alignment, structured breathing exercises and guided deep relaxation. Warmth and compassion are at the core of her teaching, and she welcomes all levels and abilities.
